After submitting the online portion of the registration, please follow the steps below.

To Complete your Registration with the College Park Splash Swim Team:

  1. Pay registration fees - you may drop off a check at the address below, pay by credit card, or pay through Zelle, to our team account by using the email, [email protected]. Please note on your payment the name of the swimmer(s) that the payment is for. ​(There is a 2.95% additional charge plus $.30 if you would like to pay with your credit card.​ If you wish to avoid these fees, you may pay by check, Zelle, or cash)
  2. Deliver $100.00 family volunteer deposit check to 14792 Elm Ave, Irvine, CA, 92606.
  3. Provide Residency Verification and Age Verification for swimmers NOT with CP Splash last year. Please email this documentation to [email protected]

Acceptable documents verifying proof of age include: birth certificates, passports, passport ID cards, DMV ID’s and drivers’ licenses.​ 

Parents of new swimmers must give their team registrar either a printout of the IUSD Aeries Student Profile (ASP) page or 2 different original documents verifying Irvine residency. For those who choose not to use the Aeries printout page, 2 of the following documents are acceptable for verifying Irvine residency:​​

  • Current Utility Bill(Edison, SoCal Gas, IRWD, Waste Management)​
  • Current Cable/Internet bill
  • Current Property Tax Forms or Income Tax Correspondence
  • Current Payroll Stub
  • Current Social Services documents

For new families, initially after registration, if you try to log back into your account, you will see the message, "Your Account Status is not Active." This is not an error, it usually takes at least 24-48 hours to activate new accounts. 

Once we receive your completed paperwork and fees, we will approve your registration and secure your swimmer(s) place on the team roster. 

Please remember - space is limited and your registration is not guaranteed until we receive your completed paperwork and payment.
